The Color Run
We jogged/walked the Color Run.  I couldn't run fully because of a muscle contusion in my derriere.  Also, we were missing itty bitty because she had a pretty nasty cold.  So it was lil one and I.  Plus, we did walk most of it with Auntie Jaime and her mom, Judy.

The Pros:
It was good to run/walk with friends/family.  It was Mother's Day and it was nice/fun/cool to do an event with my daughter.  She would high five people and there would be people that would run over to give her a high five.  There were a few that would be aggressive and smack as hard as they could.  Which I tried to overlook since most of them were teenage boys... not sure why they would do this to a young kid, but whatever.
Lots of people... lots of energy.... lots of color

The Cons:
Lots of people... we had to wait for the color yellow.  It was a good ten minutes surrounded by people.  Glad we were not trying to run and keep track of time.
Yellow and Pink were wet.  Apparently there are some rule in Seattle about the powder so they had to be wet colors.  It was a bit weird and you really had to try to get it on you.
I had to really pee about halfway.  The porta pots through the course had long lines.  It was better to hold it and go at the finish line.
At the end there was orange and right after was 'glitter'.  The glitter didn't really color anything except our hands because we ran our fingers through the powder on the ground.
The end was a mosh pit because they were handing out packets of color and medals in the same place.  It would be better to move the medals and the packets to different spots.

All in all, we were colorful.  :)
