dogs and fevers and cats oh my
My parents have been in town for the past couple of days. They arrived on Tuesday to watch the Boston Red Sox and the Seattle Mariners baseball game. I think I saw three pitches of the game until we had to leave because lil one was not feeling well. Turned out she had a fever and shouldn't have gone to the game in the first place. So she ended up home sick with Nana on Wednesday and Thursday. Finally feeling better she was sent to school on Friday and came home with a cough.
Saturday, we thought the cough was 'okay' and headed down to the Market for the festival that was going on. We missed the nap window and tried to change the diaper in a retail store downtown. We ended up leaving the bathroom with screaming child with no diaper. And in order to get into the car we had to utilize two adults to wrangle you in. After the car started moving... you instantly fell asleep.
Then after your nap... the poop started. For hours on end, we were cleaning something that was covered in poo. You, the floor, the rugs, the tub, your potty, clothing, etc. I think the only thing that didn't get hit with poop was the walls.
Sunday, Nana and Popa left to go to Vegas for two days. Now we have you, lil one, two dogs and a cat. It's a little more than I bargained for this week.
