Reward Chart
We are trying to institute a reward chart for lil one lately. We are tired of the whining... oh, the whining. I am finding it difficult to know if we are doing it 'the right way'. The rewards for each item are a star to put on the reward chart. You can put it anywhere you like and once you reach 20 stars you get a toy... we still haven't reached 20 stars after 2 weeks.
The items on the reward chart include changing diaper, brushing teeth, going pee-pee on the potty, poo-poo on the potty gets a smiley sticker, and talking (aka not whining). We had one day for the brushing teeth reward of a 'boo dar' (blue star) worked well, but it has failed since then.
We will give it another couple of weeks, then we may have to retire the reward chart.
